He offers luxury fine dining services, tasting menus, canapé parties, and business lunches. Patrick has been providing his services as a chef for over twenty years. Born in the French Alps, he started his apprenticeship in prestigious restaurants like Pierre Orsi in Lyon (1 Michelin star), Pierre Gagnaire at Saint-Étienne (3 Michelin stars), Marc Meneau at Saint-Père-sous-Vézelay at L’Esperance (3 Michelin stars), Jean-Pierre Jacob at Le Bateau Ivre at Le Bourget-du-Lac (1 Michelin star), Gerard Boyer at Les Crayères at Reims (3 Michelin stars), and Michel Chabran at Pont de l'Isère (1 Michelin star).
He won the first prize of the national competition Michel Marriot of Touquet Cooking School and the second prize of the European competition. Then he went to the prestigious École Lenôtre School in Paris. After that, he went on to do his national service at the Officers Mess at Grenoble as maître d'hotel. During his career, Patrick has worked for various establishments such as French brasseries or luxury restaurants, and then decided to teach his passion, joining prestigious French professional cooking schools in Thonon-les-Bains and Grenoble. Patrick came to the UK and started his Private Chef Activity here. His style of cuisine is modern French with a Mediterranean approach.
